Dear Mr. Keating, 

It’s been a couple of years now since you performed the Home Inspection on our current home. We are thoroughly enjoying the home and look forward to working with you when we upgrade again, which may be soon! Our family has grown since we saw you last, and we no longer have a guest room. 

Thank you for giving my nephew Steve a complimentary second opinion, (after his first home inspection) on his home in Greenwood Village, (they closed about a week ago). 

Steve gave us a tour of the home after they had contracted to purchase it, and immediately after that, I insisted he contact you. You were absolutely correct; the previous owners had removed a steel support column when they finished that level! The current owner’s allowed us to gently pull the carpeting back and there it was, a patch in the concrete floor where the column came through it! 

The current owner was eager to correct the problem, so it only strengthened their Seller/Purchaser relationship.   

After that whole episode, I asked my nephew to visit your website and then tell me what he saved by calling the previous “Home Inspector”. He was embarrassed to call me back and told me he had saved about $100.00.  I didn’t have to say another word, (even though I wanted to). 

Look forward to another new client when they out-grow that home!

I can't tell you enough how pleased we were with the Home Inspection you performed for Kay and I. The fact you have been in the Home Building Industry for all those years really explains how you were able to point out that there had been some water damage to the home at one time.

After the Seller explained to us about the water supply pipe failure and what they did to mitigate the damage we felt comfortable with the way they repaired the damage. I don"t know if anyone else would have ever noticed that water stain in that particular area.

Also we really felt good about you suggesting to upgrade all the outlets in the baths and kitchen to GFCI's. Our kids are famous for having too good of a time with water when they are helping around the house.

We'll also take your advice and have warning alarms installed in the sump pit. That makes perfect sense since that level is completly finished. 

We were glad to find the Radon Test you performed was below the EPA limits, and we'll call you in two years to re-test as the booklet suggests.

You really made our move from Denver to our dream home here in Castle Rock a much easier experience. I guess thats why your website is http://www.denversbesthomeinspector.com  Our Parker friends we told you about wished they had called you!

An Email received August 22, 2008 From Mr. John Wenzel here in the Denver Area. Mr. Wenzel was the recipient of a Home Inspection that apparently failed to recognize a major issue in the construction of his new home. He shared some of the details with me about the matter and I would like to share with you, his advice to me regarding my advertising efforts.
 
Hi David,
 
(specific content of the on-going issues with his home was the main body content of the letter)
 
The last Paragraph of The Email is As follows, (verbatim): 
 
To make more sales on your web site put this line at the top: “I inspect homes for homeowners and buyers. I do not inspect homes or receive pay from real-estate agents.” That was the line missing from all the home inspection web sites I have seen and one that would cause the buy decision for me when selecting a home inspector.
