What about this gas connection? The piping is crimped in the center of this photo and could fail. This Home Inspection could have saved this Denver home from a fire.

Attractive landscaping rock and bark? Maybe so, but there is neutral drainage at this Castle Rock home, and as you can see, living area just inside the window. This is a serious condition that we found during this home inspection that could almost be guaranteed to cause problems and expense in the future.

Our "Sun Nuclear" Continous Radon Monitor Testing is a service we offer in addition to a Home Inspection. The monitor allows us to provide a report on the spot after the test period, so there is no wait for lab test results. The Radon Report is also posted on the web as a PDF for you to view, print or download to your computer and share the report with others.

Periodically check the sump pit in your home for signs of moisture or water. It would be prudent to install an automatic sump pump even if there is no indication of water present at this time, especially if this level is finished or partially finished. This Home Inspection in Denver found no sign of water in the sump pit but many times we do.
