I can't tell you enough how pleased we were with the Home Inspection you performed for Kay and I. The fact you have been in the Home Building Industry for all those years really explains how you were able to point out that there had been some water damage to the home at one time.

After the Seller explained to us about the water supply pipe failure and what they did to mitigate the damage we felt comfortable with the way they repaired the damage. I don"t know if anyone else would have ever noticed that water stain in that particular area.

Also we really felt good about you suggesting to upgrade all the outlets in the baths and kitchen to GFCI's. Our kids are famous for having too good of a time with water when they are helping around the house.

We'll also take your advice and have warning alarms installed in the sump pit. That makes perfect sense since that level is completly finished. 

We were glad to find the Radon Test you performed was below the EPA limits, and we'll call you in two years to re-test as the booklet suggests.
