"3 Steps" to Your Foreclosure Purchase

1. Narrow your list to two or three properties and provide the list to us.   
           We will inspect up to (3) properties and perform our “Major Systems Review”.  (Exterior Components, Roof, Drainage, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, even with the utilities shut off.)

2. Choose the Home, based on our findings and we will perform our Full Inspection with an estimate to repair or replace the “deficiency items”

3. Submit your offer based upon the information in our “Full Report”

The “Major Systems Review” reports will be uploaded to the web so you can review  each of them and make a decision based on these Preliminary Reports.
